What is the return policy?
We gladly accept returns and cancellations. If unfortunately you are unhappy with your item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will see what we can do to help.
If returning an item, items are to be posted back within 14 days of delivery in order to get a refund. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and will therefore not receive a full refund.
If items are damaged upon arrival, please send photos and we will refund the item or send out a replacement.
Unless damaged, we do not accept returns for personalised items, sale items or plant pots that have been used.
How do I become a stallholder?
To become a stallholder at one of our events, please fill out an application form for each individual event. We will get in touch whether your application has been successful or not. It is a requirement that all stallholders have their own public liability insurance.
